1. Opšte odredbe

Boravkom u objektu L4 Apartman Niš, gost potvrđuje da je upoznat sa ovim uslovima korišćenja i kućnim redom i da ih prihvata.

Apartman je namenjen isključivo za boravak prijavljenih gostiju. Gosti su dužni da se tokom boravka ponašaju odgovorno, da poštuju kućni red zgrade i da ne ometaju druge stanare.

2. Check-in i check-out

• Check-in je moguć od 14:00 časova.
• Check-out je do 11:00 časova.

Molimo goste da poštuju navedeno vreme dolaska i odlaska kako bi se omogućila priprema apartmana za naredne goste.

3. Mir i tišina

Gosti su dužni da poštuju mir i tišinu u zgradi i da svojim ponašanjem ne ometaju druge stanare.

Posebno je potrebno izbegavati stvaranje buke, glasnu muziku i druga ponašanja koja mogu uznemiravati susede u večernjim i noćnim satima.

4. Pušenje

Pušenje u apartmanu nije dozvoljeno.

5. Žurke i okupljanja

Organizovanje žurki, proslava, glasno puštanje muzike i druga okupljanja koja mogu narušiti mir u zgradi nisu dozvoljeni.

Boravak osoba koje nisu prijavljene kao gosti nije dozvoljen bez prethodnog dogovora sa domaćinom.

U slučaju ozbiljnog kršenja kućnog reda, uznemiravanja drugih stanara ili drugih nedozvoljenih aktivnosti, domaćin zadržava pravo da prekine boravak gosta bez povraćaja uplaćenih sredstava.

6. Broj gostiju

Apartman mogu koristiti samo osobe koje su prijavljene za boravak.

Dovođenje ili zadržavanje dodatnih osoba u apartmanu bez prethodnog dogovora sa domaćinom nije dozvoljeno.

7. Korišćenje i čuvanje imovine

Gosti su dužni da pažljivo koriste nameštaj, uređaje, posuđe, inventar i ostalu opremu koja se nalazi u apartmanu.

Gost je odgovoran za štetu nastalu namernim ili nepažljivim postupanjem.

U slučaju nastanka štete, gost je dužan da o tome bez odlaganja obavesti domaćina.

8. Čistoća i oštećenja

Apartman se gostima predaje čist i pripremljen za boravak.

Molimo goste da apartman i njegov inventar koriste pažljivo i da ga po završetku boravka ostave u urednom i pristojnom stanju.

Ukoliko dođe do oštećenja, kvara ili druge nezgode, gost je dužan da domaćina obavesti što je pre moguće.

Za veća oštećenja nastala tokom boravka, gost može biti obavezan da nadoknadi troškove popravke, sanacije ili zamene oštećenog predmeta.

9. Bezbednost i odgovornost

Gosti su dužni da prilikom svakog izlaska iz apartmana provere da li su ulazna vrata pravilno zaključana.

Domaćin ne snosi odgovornost za gubitak, nestanak ili oštećenje ličnih stvari gostiju koje su ostavljene u apartmanu.

Domaćin takođe ne snosi odgovornost za povrede nastale usled nepažnje, nepravilnog korišćenja opreme ili nepridržavanja uputstava i pravila bezbednosti.

10. Poštovanje kućnog reda zgrade

Gosti su dužni da poštuju kućni red stambene zgrade u kojoj se apartman nalazi, kao i prava i mir drugih stanara.

Svako ponašanje kojim se narušava red, mir ili bezbednost u zgradi nije dozvoljeno.

1. General Provisions

By staying at L4 Apartman Niš, guests confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these terms of use and house rules.

The apartment is intended exclusively for registered guests. Guests are expected to behave responsibly, respect the house rules of the building and avoid disturbing other residents.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Guests are kindly requested to respect these times in order to allow the apartment to be properly prepared for the next guests.

3. Quiet Hours

Guests are required to respect peace and quiet in the building and avoid any behavior that may disturb other residents.

Noise, loud music and other activities that may disturb neighbors should especially be avoided during evening and night hours.

4. Smoking

Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

5. Parties and Gatherings

Parties, celebrations, loud music and gatherings that may disturb other residents are not permitted.

The presence of persons who are not registered guests is not allowed without prior agreement with the host.

In case of a serious violation of the house rules, disturbance of other residents or other prohibited activities, the host reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay without a refund.

6. Number of Guests

The apartment may only be used by guests registered for the stay.

Bringing or accommodating additional persons without prior agreement with the host is not permitted.

7. Care of Property

Guests are required to use the furniture, appliances, tableware, inventory and other equipment in the apartment with care.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

In case of damage, guests are required to notify the host without delay.

8. Cleanliness and Damage

The apartment is provided clean and prepared for the guests’ stay.

Guests are kindly requested to treat the apartment and its inventory with care and leave it in a clean and decent condition at the end of their stay.

If any damage, malfunction or other incident occurs, guests should notify the host as soon as possible.

In case of major damage caused during the stay, the guest may be required to cover the costs of repair, restoration or replacement of the damaged item.

9. Safety and Responsibility

Guests are required to make sure that the entrance door is properly locked every time they leave the apartment.

The host is not responsible for the loss, disappearance or damage of guests’ personal belongings left in the apartment.

The host is also not responsible for injuries resulting from negligence, improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions and house rules.

10. Respect for Building Rules

Guests are required to respect the house rules of the residential building in which the apartment is located, as well as the rights and peace of other residents.

Any behavior that disturbs the order, peace or safety of the building is not permitted.
